With Gratitude

• Paul Dallaghan - full of wisdom, truth and humor. What started as a one week yoga retreat, led to the change of a lifetime. Am honored to call you my teacher. Thank you.
• My students - If you didn't come to the classes then I simply would not be here doing what I do. You all inspire me and I continue to learn from each and every one of you.
